Limited Libility Company Tverskoy Broiler Poultry Farm.
The history of “Tverskoy” dates back to 1982 from the Esinka village. Already at that time, the poultry farm, which was part of the state farm, was mechanized as much as possible: feed supply was organized, there was an egg sorting machine and an emergency diesel power plant. It was this poultry farm that became the foundation for the future Tverskoy Broiler Poultry Farm, the large-scale.
The Broiler system and the first company store
In 1988, the Broiler production system was created in the Tver region, consisting of: 5 poultry farms, 2 state farms and 3 collective farms. The main enterprise was the Tverskoy Poultry Factory, which had the main responsibility for ensuring high profitability of poultry production, development and improvement of the technological process.
On March 6, 1992, the first company store was opened in Tver.
The year 2000 became a landmark year in the history of the enterprise. An expansion took place: the Tverskoy broiler poultry farm was joined by it’s bakery plant, the poultry factory for egg production, the Pravda state farm, the Golovachev state farm, and the interfarm feed production enterprise. As a result of the merger, the Limited Libility Company Tverskoy Broiler was formed, headed by director A Lukashevkoff.
Update and modernization
In 2013, the feed mill complex Plant was modernized in order to provide the enterprise with the necessary amount of combined feed of its own production.
In 2015, new treatment facilities were put into commercial operation – a complex of buildings and utilities designed to receive and treat industrial and domestic wastewater to acceptable concentrations of pollutants. New treatment facilities allowed the company to reduce the cost of water treatment and reduce the cost of production.↑
New development horizons
In 2021, as part of the state program for the development of agricultural business in Russia, a project was implemented to build a new incubation workshop for 24 million eggs per year. This workshop made it possible to fully meet the current needs of the enterprise for day-old young animals.
The main project of 2022 was the construction of site No. 3 for fattening broiler chickens. The implementation of this project will increase the existing volume of meat production by 6 thousand tons per year.
Update and modernization
In 2017, a new poultry slaughter workshop was launched. This is a modern technological complex that ensures waste-free production and consists of four divisions: a slaughter shop, a poultry advanced processing shop, a waste disposal section, and a refrigeration unit. The commissioning of the workshop allowed the enterprise to increase production volumes of broiler meat and ensure compliance with all modern standards in the field of food production.
In 2020, a large-scale reconstruction of old poultry houses was carried out. The innovation of this project was the cage keeping of broilers and automation of the microclimate in poultry houses. The advantage of this approach was the ability to raise more poultry in the same area. This made it possible to increase poultry meat production capacity from 1,468 to 3,050 tons.
